Terms and Condition
Service: Book Chauffeur will provide luxury transportation services to its clients in the Melbourne area. All services will be provided by trained and licensed drivers using high-quality vehicles.
Reservation: Clients can make reservations for services via phone, email or online booking form. All reservations must be confirmed with payment.
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking using the payment methods accepted by Book Chauffeur.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the service.
No-Show Policy: If the client does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time and location, they will be charged the full cost of the service.
Changes to Reservations: Clients may request changes to their reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Liability: Book Chauffeur is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during transportation services. Clients assume full liability for any damage caused to the vehicle or property by their actions during the service.
Safety: Book Chauffeur takes the safety of its clients seriously and expects all passengers to behave in a safe and respectful manner during transportation services. Clients are required to wear seat belts at all times while in the vehicle.
Service Interruptions: Book Chauffeur reserves the right to interrupt or cancel services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or emergencies.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
By using Book Chauffeur, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
